Before celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation, take a few quiet moments to place yourself in God's presence and prayerfully examine your conscience.
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you recognize your sins, trust in God's mercy, and make a sincere resolution to follow Christ more faithfully.

Eucharistic Adoration
In Eucharistic Adoration, we spend time in prayer before Jesus Christ truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.
In the quiet of His presence, we can bring Him our gratitude, our struggles, our families, our intentions—or simply sit with Him in silence.
